Welcome to EGAAMM. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.egaamm.com and to purchases made through our online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our products

EGAAMM creates and sells activewear and wellness products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing and details are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

3. Product quality & order verification

Every EGAAMM order is carefully checked and prepared before dispatch. Where appropriate, we may record or provide visual confirmation of an order before shipment, including through WhatsApp or another communication channel used with the customer. These quality-control procedures help verify that the correct product, colour and size are prepared before dispatch, and do not limit or remove any statutory consumer rights.

4. Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable product.

5. Prices & currency

Prices for customers shopping through our UK market are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices for other markets may be displayed in the applicable local currency through Shopify Markets, including EUR (€) for applicable European markets, USD ($) for the United States, and CAD ($) for Canada. The applicable product price, delivery charges and other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing or product error, suspected fraud, payment failure or another legitimate reason permitted by law.

7. Payment

Payment is currently processed through PayPal. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information. PayPal may apply its own terms, conditions and privacy policy to payment processing.

8. Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing: United Kingdom 3–5 business days; Europe, United States and Canada 7–14 business days. Orders may be dispatched from fulfilment locations in the United Kingdom or China depending on availability. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Customs, import duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Cancellation & returns

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights. UK consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights allowing cancellation within the applicable period even when the product is not faulty. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@egaamm.com. We may request photographs or other reasonable evidence to investigate. Where a product is faulty or incorrect, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

12. Intellectual property

All EGAAMM branding, logos, photographs, product images, text, graphics, videos, designs and original website content are owned by or licensed to EGAAMM LTD unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, use the website for unlawful purposes, or copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.

16. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
